Hello friends,

What a beautiful  season of the year we are walking through right now. Each time I gaze  outside the  window , my heart rejoices to see the tender green leaves gently clothing the bare  trees ,  flowers awakening and beginning to bloom in the garden after a long and weary winter. How wonderful it is that Easter arrives in this very season of new life and renewal.  It feels as though creation itself is whispering a story of death and resurrection.

No matter how painful , hopeless and  dry things may have appeared in your life lately,  our  God who triumphed over death and was resurrected  on the third day  is able to bring hope and resurrection to any situation.

The hope we have in Christ is not fragile, uncertain or  a wishful thinking carried by emotion.

Romans 15:13 says, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him so that you may overflow with Hope by the power of the Holy Spirit”

The hope  mentioned in the Word of God  is translated from the original Greek word  Elpis, meaning a ‘living hope’,  the confident expectation of good rooted in the faithfulness of God himself .

Colossians 1:27 says, Christ in us is the Hope  of glory.

What a deeply assuring promise it is that the very life of Christ dwells within us  even in the darkest valley . The same power that rolled away the stone and  breathed life into the lifeless body of Jesus lives in you and me  – Ephesians 1:19-20

Romans 8:11 says, But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

Perhaps your heart is weary in this season, longing to see prodigal children find their way back home, or hoping for the manifestation of healing in your own body or in your dear ones. May be   you have been waiting and praying for the salvation of your loved ones for a long time.  Please take  courage my friend, for He sees every tear and hears every whispered prayer. Even in the waiting, He is at work.

Hebrew 10:23 says, “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”

Here are a few precious Scripture promises I feel led to share with you. As you hold fast to the confession of His Word, I pray that you would behold the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit breaking forth into every situation, bringing life, restoration  and victory. For He who promised is faithful.

“This is what the Lord says: “Restrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears, for your work will be rewarded,” declares the Lord. They will return from the land of the enemy. So there is hope for your descendants,” declares the Lord. “Your children will return to their own land.”—Jeremiah‬ ‭31‬:‭16‬-‭17‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“Return to your stronghold , O prisoners of hope . Even  today I declare that  I will restore  double to you” –  Zechariah 9:12

“Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Behold, I will bring it health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth.” – ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭33‬:‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”-Acts 16:31

Even as I write these words, there are still places in my life where I am holding fast to my confession of hope, choosing not to waver. In the waiting, I gently remind my soul that the One who has been faithful before will surely be faithful again.

Therefore , let us continue to rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation and remain steadfast in prayer – Romans 12:12 .

Beloved, I pray that this message filled with scripture promises becomes a wellspring of hope and encouragement for you in this season.
